  • 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker 

  • 1 dash Egg White

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 

  • .5 oz Simple syrup

Build: Start with your egg white. Add ingredients into a tin. Dry Shake first. Shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe. Lemon rind, maraschino cherry, or Magic Pen all make a great garnish.

  • 1 oz Johnnie Walker High Rye 

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 

  • .5 oz Campari 

  • .5 oz Giffard Banane du Bresil 

BUILD: Combine all ingredients into a stirring glass. Stir for 20-30 seconds until diluted by 15%. Strain over a large cube in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with bruleed banana.

  • 1 oz Blue Label 

  • Champagne Acid Solution 

  • .25 oz Pear Liqueur 

  • 3 Dash Lemon Bitters 

  • 3.5 oz Filtered Cold Water 

BUILD: Combine all ingredients into a carbonation container. Carbonate until the gas value reaches 4+. Serve very cold in a flute. Garnish with Golden Pearls.

  • 2 oz Ginger beer 

BUILD: Combine JW Black Label, Tea Syrup, Lemon Juice and Bitters into a shaker tin. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Add ice. Top with Ginger Beer and stir once to incorporate. Garnish with candied ginger and lemon wheel.

Miami Vice by Javier Rosario

  • 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label 

  • .75 oz Lime Juice 

  • .75 oz Pineapple Juice 

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup 

  • .5 Cup Muddled Strawberries 

  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut 

BUILD: Add Strawberries to Tin. Add Liquid Nitrogen. Then Muddle. Add all other ingredients to the tin, add ice, then shake. Add ice to empty coconut, strain cocktail into coconut, and garnish with Pineapple Fronds and Strawberry Flower.
