Perfect for those seeking an upscale experience, The Battery offers a refined escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Awarded Two Michelin Guide Keys, 2024.

Each bar brought its unique flair to the event, creating signature cocktails that highlighted the versatility and depth of Johnnie Walker’s blends. From vibrant and bold concoctions, to refined and sophisticated offerings, attendees were treated to a masterclass in mixology.

Highlights and Unique Experiences

Live Performances by Tank and the Bangas

The energy of the event was amplified by the electrifying live performances of NOLA’s very own Tank and the Bangas. Their eclectic blend of soul, funk, and jazz set the perfect backdrop, infusing the atmosphere with the unmistakable spirit of New Orleans.

The Blending Lab

One of the standout experiences was the Blending Lab, where guests had the opportunity to create their bespoke blends of Johnnie Walker. Guided by the Johnnie Walker National Ambassadors, participants learned about the intricate art of whisky blending, gaining a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each bottle…attendees even got to engrave their custom blends.

Flavor Lab Experience

In the Flavor Lab, the focus was on personalization. Guests could discover cocktails tailored to their unique palates, crafted by skilled mixologists who expertly balanced flavors to create the perfect drink. This interactive experience was a hit, allowing attendees to explore and savor new taste sensations.

The Blue Bar

This immersive experience featured drams of Blue Label and a futuristic display of the range of Blue Label expressions that are part of the recently launched Cobalt Collection. This emphasized the luxury of Blue Label and stoked the desire for additional drams that are often sold out or very hard to acquire.

To really include the whisky curious in this element of House of Walker, Blue Label was featured in a cocktail called the Bubbly and Blue, designed to mimic the celebratory experience and richness of a glass of champagne while highlighting the creaminess, orchard fruits, dried fruits and peppery finish of the iconic Blue Label blend.

Poolside Golf and Devereux Golf Swag

Adding a playful twist to the event, guests enjoyed a round of golf poolside, competing for limited-edition Devereux Golf swag. This custom 3 hole putt-putt course gave guests the chance to play some Golf and those who played also received a Devereux tee or hat as a “prize” for their participation.

A custom Johnnie Walker Clubhouse moment where we brought the golf course to the House of Walker! A one of a kind three hole course was designed to get people golfing with Johnnie Walker.

The Best Drink Ever Portrait Studio

Capturing the essence of the event, The Best Drink Ever portrait studio offered professional headshots of guests behind the bar. This unique photo-op allowed attendees to take home a piece of the House of Walker experience, immortalizing their perfect drink moment.
