In the vibrant center of West Hollywood, beneath a canopy of city lights, Paul Zahn and Suntory Global Spirits hosted an intimate evening at Zinc Cafe & Bar where industry tastemakers, culinary visionaries, and passionate enthusiasts gathered to celebrate the evolving world of non-alcoholic beverages.

The evening began with a crisp, effervescent introduction: Suntory ALL-FREE, a 0.00% Alc./Vol. beverage that redefines refreshment. Brewed with only two-row barley malt and select aroma hops, this exceptional creation delivers an authentic beer-like taste with none of the alcohol, calories, or sugar. Crafted with precision, it offers the satisfaction of a crisp, ultra-light beverage while remaining true to Suntory’s legacy of excellence.
Culinary Pairings and Thoughtful Craftsmanship
Zinc Cafe & Bar, a beloved Los Angeles institution, curated an impeccable menu designed to highlight the versatility of Suntory ALL-FREE. Guests enjoyed a selection of light bites, including house-made pita chips with hummus, crisp tortilla chips with guacamole, and the choice of Rosemary Suntory No-Jito or Suntory ALL-FREE Bree. We chose both.
For the main course, a vibrant selection of dishes unfolded: pan-seared salmon with citrus-infused beurre blanc, roasted vegetable pizza with a golden crust, shrimp tacos bursting with coastal freshness, and a Southwest chicken salad layered with smoky, zesty depth. Each thoughtfully curated dish harmonized with the choice of non-alcoholic Zinc Sunrise or Matcha Mint Lemonade to enhance the balance of flavor and refreshment.
A Commitment to Community
Beyond the indulgence of the evening, Suntory Global Spirits reaffirmed its dedication to the community by announcing it’s pledge of a $100,000 donation to relief organizations supporting wildfire-impacted regions. Contributions will support World Central Kitchen, founded by Chef José Andrés, in providing meals to first responders and affected families, as well as the LA Firefighters Foundation, ensuring frontline workers receive essential resources to battle devastating fires.
