The Bar is located inside the exclusive Hotel Santa Teresa, located atop the hill that crowns the Santa Teresa neighborhood, often accessed by a charming trolley. The bar ingredients are many times sourced with fruit grown in the hotel grounds and it is common to see local celebrities enjoying caipirinhas while enjoying a view of the city.

The Drink: Allspice Cashew Fruit Caipirinha made with Aged Cachaça

The accolades keep coming for Tai Barbin, head 'mixologista' at the Marina All Suites Bar D'Hotel.
